still alive but moved on

As you might have realized already, I don’t take care of this blog any more. I just don’t like writing as much as taking photos… ;)

I’ve moved on to MySpace http://www.myspace.com/deceitful_tranquillity where I post information on new photos in my gallery http://www.deceitful-tranquillity.de, and publish a couple of photos as well.

Recent gig photographs in my gallery are:

THE BOSSHOSS 19th November 2008 @ Zenith, Munich

MELY 15th November 2008 @ Berg im Drautal

Who Killed Amanda Palmer

•September 18, 2008 • Leave a Comment

On 26th October 2008 Amanda Palmers Solo-Album “Who Killed Amanda Palmer” will be released in Germany. From my point of view an awesome album. I absolutely love it, so please have a look at the official WKAP-website, watch the videos, read the lyrics, and buy the CD!!!

Another musician I’d like to recommend is cellist Zoe Keating who, among many other artists, performs on WKAP and will be on tour with Amanda.

They’ll be in Munich on 21st October at the 59:1. See you there ;)

Lustige Vorstellung, dass Leute zum Thema Torten ein Forum anlegen. Also zumindest mein einfaches Gemüt hat das sehr erheitert :)

Werbemails

There are some new gig-pictures in my gallery. The most recent photos are from Paganfest with Ensiferum, Korpiklaani, Moonsorrow, Týr, and Eluveitie, supported in Munich by Equilibrium and Kromlek. The Europe-Tour is over but they will tour the US as well.

If you’d like to follow me, I’ll show you the way to my gallery.

Those who understand German might want to visit metal.de for a report on the gigs in Munich and Ludwigsburg.

Report: 32% Of Prayers Deflected Off Passing Satellites

HOUSTON—According to an official NASA report released Saturday, nearly 32 percent of all prayers exiting Earth are deflected off satellites…

Which is the final proof that it’s an absolute waste of time to believe in God. I mean, if he can’t even hear the prayers that are directed to him, it’s completely senseless to worship him as we have to solve our problems on our own anyway.

Actually I wonder what he is doing all day long, he must be pretty bored with only one prayer per month reaching him.

winter’s back

Two photos I took this morning:

It’s not a lot of snow, but since February was rather springlike, and flowers had already started to blossom, it came as a surprise.
Although I have to admit this is nothing unusual for Munich.
